Terms of Sale
These terms govern every order placed on sublimecurator.com. By completing checkout you accept them.
Last updated 19 August 2026
1. Who you are buying from
Sublime Curator ("we", "us") operates sublimecurator.com, an independent curated shop based in Greece. Contact: n.danai@proton.me.
2. Products and availability
Every piece is hand-picked and stocked in small quantities. Product photographs are representative; natural materials vary slightly in grain, tone and finish. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any import duties for destinations outside the EU are shown or explained at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
4. Order and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after payment is authorised. We may decline an order in case of pricing errors, stock errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount already taken.
5. Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your card is charged when the order is confirmed.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. See our Shipping policy for carriers, timings and destinations. Risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and cancellation
EU consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. Full details, including exclusions, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
8. Faults and legal guarantee
Goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
