Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email n.danai@proton.me with your order reference, or send any clear written statement.

Sending the item back

Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, unused, complete and in their original packaging. You cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Use a tracked service — until it reaches us, the parcel is your responsibility.

Refunds

We refund the full purchase price plus the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return), to the original payment method. No fee is charged. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss of value from handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item.

Faulty or wrong items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We arrange collection at our cost and repair, replace or refund in full.

Exclusions

• Custom or made-to-order pieces.
• Sealed personal-care goods once unsealed, for hygiene reasons.
• Perishable goods.
